The Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County developed a project called "Santa Cruz County BoardMatch". The project is designed to benefit nonprofits, businesses, and individuals by helping local people to learn about board service and connecting them to community organizations serving the causes they care about. No previous board experience is needed to join the program. The next classes will be given at the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County offices at 2425 Porter St., Ste. 16, Soquel. The class days are October 2, 9, and 16, 2007 from 6PM to 8:30PM. The cost of the program is $125. Please call
